Richard Larson
Richard joined the US Army in 1986 and retired from the US Army as a Sergeant First Class in 2013 (both active duty & New Mexico National Guard (Army & Air Force). During his time in the military, he was a Military Policeman, K-9 Handler, Combat Arms Trainer & Infantryman. Richard deployed several times during his career to include Operations Enduring Freedom & Iraqi Freedom.
In 2020, he retired as a Captain from the US Department of Veteran Affairs Police after 19 years. During his time with the VA, Richard held positions as a Police Officer & Supervisory Police Officer, Narcotic Detector Dog Handler, Bicycle Officer, Police Training Program Manager, Physical Security Specialist, Use of Force Instructor, Firearms Instructor, etc.
Richard currently works for the US Army, as a civilian, in the Plans, Operations & Training Division at the Pueblo Chemical Depot near Pueblo, Colorado.
